It is with heavy hearts we announce the loss of our dearest Adriana who passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at The Carpenter Hospice, on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at the age of 60. Cherished mother to Loredana, Sergio and Tiziana Santolo. Always remembered by her sister Giovanna (Carlo Floro) Pascucci and nieces and nephew Stefania, Paola and Joseph-Michael. Dearly remembered by the father of her children, Domenico. Predeceased by her parents Giuseppe and Flora Pascucci (nee Frongillo). Forever in the hearts of her many extended family and friends across Canada, Venezuela and Italy. Adriana may be gone from this world; however, she lives on in the stories and memories she has left with all those she touched during her lifetime.
Visitation will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant St (one block north of City Hall) BURLINGTON on Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 3-6 p.m. Funeral Service will be celebrated at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Friday September 29, 2023 at 1pm. As per Adriana’s wishes, and that of her family, a private cremation is to follow. If desired, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to C.A.M.H., River Arena Church, 201 E Broadway, Anaheim, CA 92805, United States, the Carpenter Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
