Daisy started her journey on September 19, 2023 at the age of 30.
Daisy will be forever remembered by her husband Delayno Trevino; their children: Gaige Trevino (6), Westin Trevino (5), Aztlynn Kandace Trevino (21), Delayno Larse Trevino (DJ) (16), Eelayna Trevino (13), and Shade Lonethunder (12 – and his father Sheldon Lonethunder); her mother Ruby McArthur; sister Justine (Heath) Fox (children: Kolt, Kinley, Anthony, Korday, Cooper, Windyn); sister Hope McArthur (children: Kalani, Kace); brother Dre Panachyse; grandmother Audrey Kakakaway; aunties: Mandy McArthur (Patrick Bobb), Elaina Kakakaway, Julie Kakakaway (Mike Sangwais), Tuesday Kakakaway (Theo K.), and Rachel McArthur; special cousins/sisters: Ulyanda McArthur, Miranda McArthur, Kirsten Kakakaway, Paige Kakakaway-Eashappie, Faith Kakakaway-Eashappie, Aurora Kakakaway-Eashappie, Teshan Kakakaway, Emiah Eaglevoice, and Sterling Robinson; special cousins/brothers: Tyran Kakakaway, Torian Kakakaway, Taivan Eaglevoice, Jamal McArthur, Jarred McArthur, Justin Kaye, Brett Maxie, Justin St. John, and Phillip (Baby G) St. John.
She was predeceased by her father Norman Kelly; grandfather Alvin McArthur; auntie Emily Kakakaway; uncle Emery McArthur; cousins/sisters: Kendra Kakakaway, Kyra Kakakaway, and Geiselle Eaglevoice, and many other relatives.
Daisy attended the New Town Baptist Fellowship, New Town, North Dakota. She was very well liked, kind-hearted, compassionate, outgoing and happy. That’s how she wants us to remember her.
The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Pheasant Rump Community Center, Pheasant Rump Nakota First Nation. Barry Kennedy and Kelly & Bernice Kakakaway will officiate. Interment will take place in the Gladys Memorial Garden (Pheasant Rump Nakota Cemetery).
